Suffering is the result of not doing your work.

You suffer in a situation for a long period of time because you are unwilling to learn and to look deeper into what it is I have to teach you.

What is it you have pains about?

Have you prayed? Have you asked for what is deep in your heart?  Do you know what is deep in your heart?

Have you looked for the answer? Have you been open to receiving it?

Have you refused the answer because you were afraid?

Have you not trusted the way you are being led and the actions that you are being asked to take?

Have you let yourself walk in faith? Find your way to me?

Have you allowed yourself to learn what happens when you walk in faith Or have you let the lies of protection that fear tells you, dictate your response?

It is in your hands.  You are free.  You just need to trust.

I came that you may have life – in abundance.

Be abundant.  And trust. Have faith and believe.  All you need to do is take the first step and my Grace will carry you.
